I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and updated, but a bit more expensive compared to what my friends paid. The lack of a closet was inconvenient. On the bright side, the service was excellent with always smiling and welcoming staff. The location was perfect right in the heart of downtown, close to major attractions. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a great breakfast buffet, albeit not included. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
